Hi there, I'm Cheryl Silverstein! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in spiritual and energy sessions to diminish anxiety, depression, and other symptoms. This healing is manifested by the support and use of a positive connection with guidance, prayers, visualization, and therapeutic modalities. My approach combines empathy, acceptance of where you are at, and unconditional positive regard.
