I became a therapist because I’ve always been curious about people—the why behind how we grow, change, and relate. As a first-generation American, I’ve seen how immigration, assimilation, and family expectations shape who we become. That perspective guides my work every day. I’m passionate about helping clients understand how their upbringing and cultural background influence their relationships, emotions, and sense of self. Being a therapist is deeply rewarding because I know I’m helping people move through meaningful change. At the same time, I learn from my clients—each person brings a unique story and cultural lens that enriches the work we do together.
