Hello, my name is Cheryl Swanson and I am a Christian therapist who specializes in therapy with adults and parents of children under 12 in the state of California. I have practiced for more than 30 years in a variety of settings with children, teens, and adults. I prioritize teaching tools to help clients lower their level of distress as we address the traumas or other issues fueling their anxiety/depression. I teach parents behavioral interventions to use at home to change a child’s negative behaviors.
