I have worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the past 24 years with a background in Creative Arts Therapies using Dance/Movement and Drama as therapeutic tools. For the past twelve years, I have had the pleasure and honor of working with Active Duty Service Members and their families in the USA and Europe. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship & parenting issues, as well as addiction recovery issues. I have helped individuals and couples who have experienced trauma and abuse. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, honesty and compassion. I believe it is important to support each individual's creativity and spontaneity to find viable solutions to life issues and ultimate goals!
