I specialize in working with older teens, young adults and moms (especially moms of teens). I do my best work with women of all ages who are looking to let go of perfectionism and people pleasing, get better at coping with stress or anxiety, set better boundaries and live life on their own terms. I bring not only my training as a therapist but also my lived experience as a former teacher and a mom of two adult daughters.
