I work best with adults who are motivated to better understand themselves and break unhelpful patterns. My particular experiences include individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and major life transitions within the veteran and service member population. I am also a veteran and a current uniformed service member. I aim to create a supportive, honest space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful and sustainable change.
