Thank you for looking at my profile. I have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, including other psychologists. I help them to navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, life transitions, and the everyday obstacles that get in the way of enjoying life and being happy. Many of the people I work with carry a great deal of stress, anxiety, loneliness, and fear. I offer a safe space to decompress. A place where you can talk about you, your problems, your relationships, and your most private and confidential thoughts and feelings.
