Therapy, for me, is about honoring your story and providing a path to lasting healing—not just symptom relief. I’m passionate about helping people improve their quality of life, deepen their internal connection, build adaptive skills, and nurture healthier relationships with themselves, others, food, body, and movement. With experience in both inpatient and residential treatment settings, I bring a diverse toolkit to my work. I am trained in EMDR therapy and have advanced training in embodiment and compassion-focused therapy. My approach is eclectic, tailored to meet you where you are and honor your unique needs.
