As a multicultural woman myself, I understand feeling stuck in a web of intersectional wounds. Whether you're experiencing facets of historical and/or intergenerational trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relational struggle, identity obstacles, and more, I find many people struggle to access the strengths they innately possess to move through life’s challenges and traumas. Many internal AND external factors contribute to the disempowerment of self, which is why I’m grateful to be here to walk alongside your path and venture through to recover your full self, together.
