Everyone needs someone in their corner, whether it be to listen or provide an unbiased perspective to work towards positive life changes. Maybe it's needing someone that doesn't judge you, knowing that, here, you are accepted for exactly who you are. Here, you get to let that out and work on being you in all areas of your life. I take a holistic approach in therapy and meet each client where they are in the given moment. My style is warm, relaxed, and completely open. It is my goal to help you feel as comfortable as possible, so to give off that sense of being right at home. When you step into the office with me you are in a safe space.
