Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. You may look like you’re holding it together, yet inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, or weighed down by self-doubt. Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, struggling with low self-esteem, or feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking or people-pleasing. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to sort through it alone. I am a counseling intern completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, among others.
