Over a 30-year career, I have familiarized myself with a range of useful tools to nurture the needs of a diverse population. The overarching model of care I have been most influenced by is a Bio-Psycho-Social perspective. My interest in an individual's inner life began before I became a therapist. I continue to find meaning in exploring mysteries that are inherently difficult to decipher but raise important questions about what it means to be a human being struggling with turmoil and change.
