Are you feeling burdened by emotional patterns you can’t quite explain? Maybe you have been through therapy before, learned the coping skills but continue to sense there is something deeper that has yet to be resolved. I work with adults - including many LGBTQ+ individuals - who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the underlying roots of their struggles. I provide a curious, compassionate space where we can explore not just the “what”, but the “why”. My approach is relational and insight-oriented, grounded in psychodynamic theory and trauma-informed care.
