My name is Cheyenne Romero and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California and work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with preteens, adolescents, and adults of all ages and specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and stress. I use an integrative approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help my clients feel comfortable and make progress. I work with a variety of clients who are facing life’s challenging transitions and experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, and stress.
