Welcome to Yielded Hearts Wellness Haven I work with individuals and families on a wide range of concerns, including substance use, impulse control, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, using an eclectic, client-centered approach grounded in multiple evidence-based practices. As a clinician with a Christian background, I am comfortable integrating faith-based conversations when requested and clinically appropriate. Furthermore, I offer supervision as I hold a CCS and ACS. If you are interested in discussing options and determining if we are a good fit please contact me. I believe rapport building is the most important part of our role as clinicians. My main goal is always to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment. I utilize multiple evidence-based strategies along with a generous touch of humor to support and talk to anyone willing to listen.
