Allow me to provide an introspective home for you to explore your inherent strength and healing capacity! My passion is in healing work with intergenerational and intercultural trauma, family-of-origin pain, relationships with a narcissistic or borderline loved one, grief and loss, and different parts of your identities that may feel abandoned/rejected and conflicted. My style is holistic, direct, nurturing. I will challenge you in a loving and curious way, and hold you accountable. I will encourage play and experimentation to help empower you in creative ways. We will engage in deep introspective work as well as practical skills.
