My ideal client is a child or teen struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, or stress related to school, friendships, or family changes. They want to feel understood, calmer, and more confident in themselves and their relationships. Caregivers seek support in helping their child build coping skills, improve communication, and feel more emotionally balanced at home and school. I support children and teens using CBT, mindfulness, and play-based strategies to build emotional awareness, confidence, and coping skills while partnering with families to create lasting positive change.
