I have experience in therapy, diagnostic test administration, and evaluation in private, clinical/hospital, and correctional settings. I have worked with clients to address their therapeutic needs in a safe and judgment-free zone, including depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, neurodevelopmental, behavioral, and personality-based disorders. I believe the pursuit of mental wellness for oneself should be as natural and fulfilling as possible, especially if one is not socially or culturally accustomed to seeking out treatment. I work with others to be more aligned with themselves – in care, in learning, in rest, and in growth.
