Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor (LPCC) based in Minnesota. Additionally, I am a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC). I received my Masters from the Adler Graduate School and have been practicing for over 10 years. I consider myself a relational therapist. I help adults who are struggling become the best versions of themselves that they can be happy with. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
