I am accepting new clients! My ideal client is a motivated, introspective adult—often a healer, creative, or caregiver—seeking to reconnect with themselves after years of survival mode. They struggle with anxiety, depression, burnout, or disconnection rooted in intergenerational and systemic trauma. They crave emotional safety, authenticity, and belonging. Their goal is to heal old patterns, reclaim joy, and live in alignment with their truth. They want liberation, not perfection—peace, not performance—and to feel whole, grounded, and free within their mind, body, and spirit.
