For 30 years I have worked with individuals, couples, groups and families to help them find greater clarity and balance, equipping them with the critical skills they need to navigate the challenges of living in a face paced, digital and individualized world. I rely greatly on the tenants of IFS therapy and support that with a holistic and non-pathologizing outlook. I believe that we all carry a self healing drive, that, when supported correctly, leads to improved health and well being.
