As a therapist, my primary goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, meaning that I meet each individual where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs and goals.
