My ideal clients are parents, caregivers, and individuals who are doing their best but feeling overwhelmed. They may be caring for a child with developmental, physical, emotional, or behavioral needs, or navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions themselves. Often carrying stress, worry, frustration, and guilt, they seek a place to feel understood and supported. Their goals are to reduce anxiety, build coping skills, restore balance, and feel calmer, more grounded, and confident again.
