Hello! I currently have daytime virtual availability for therapy. I enjoy working with adults (18+) seeking support related to traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, and challenging relationship dynamics with partners, friends, and/or family. Much of my experience has been working with immigrants and adult children of immigrants, and I welcome folks of all backgrounds and identities. I tend to be a good match for people looking to deepen their self-understanding, including how their past experiences influence their current life and sense of self.
