I provide support for individuals struggling with mental health issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, stress ,and life transitions. In life we need to learn to manage distress and pain so that it does not rule our lives. Together, we can explore how to grow, process and learn from our experiences and move forward intentionally. I work with clients who need ongoing support to move through their trauma, loss and hardships in order to live a fulfilled life living in line with your values. I work to empower and support clients with kindness and grace as they process and move through those hardships.
