I believe that everyone deserves the chance to build a life that they look forward to living, and I am passionate about working with clients to gain the tools they need to achieve this. Life is too precious to allow for painful past experiences and traumas to control you, troubling interpersonal challenges to hinder you, or to experience anxiety, anger and sadness more often than true happiness.
