I welcome culturally diverse clients, adolescents through adults. I am particularly focused on working with those managing anxiety, grief, trauma, substance use disorders, and personality disorders. I am also focused on clients managing neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, and I incorporate the perspective that these are simply differences, not deficits or flaws. The evidence-based modalities I will incorporate include CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, focusing on your strengths and resiliency. Together, we will design an actionable plan that leads to your most favorable outcomes!
