Currently accepting new patients. I know that going to therapy can be intimidating, especially if this is your first time. My goal is to help you to feel comfortable beginning this process. I have over a decade of experience treating depression, anxiety, complicated grief, and trauma in adults from ages 18 to nearly 100 from diverse backgrounds. I work with people facing significant life transitions such as attending college/graduate school, starting a business/career, parenting, marriage /divorce and retirement. I specialize in working with high achievers and adults that were identified as gifted in childhood.
