About
As a lesbian, gray-asexual, neurodivergent, transgender woman-identified psychologist, I am deeply passionate about helping clients understand how the unique intersection of their identities, cultural backgrounds, and social context can inform experiences of trauma, sources of strength and community, and shape other life challenges. I most enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ young adults, particularly transgender women/transfemme folx, asexual individuals, and college students, in areas that include identity development and exploration, trauma processing, outpatient disordered eating, and interpersonal distress. View 4 Photos I integrate approaches from DBT, ACT, feminist therapy, parts work, and trauma treatments, including CPT, to help honor each client's autonomy and strengths, externalize harmful messages learned from unsupportive environments, and provide practical coping strategies alongside emotional processing. I also provide psychological testing for ADHD and Autism.
