I am a licensed mental health counselor trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). In the therapy process, I utilize an integrative approach grounded in trauma-informed care with an emphasis on an interpersonal and environmental lens. I bring a compassionate and patient presence to session, trusting that each client’s pace is exactly where it needs to be. However when the time feels right, I enjoy taking a more active and collaborative role, gently challenging you to explore deeper spaces and heal old wounds that may be impacting your relationships and sense of self today.
