Hi there! I am a body based/somatic therapist who specializes in trauma and PTSD. I particularly love working with people who grew up with addiction in their family. Many of us have been disconnected from ourselves and others due to trauma, and it is my passion to work with those who are wanting to rebuild that connection. Not only will we gain understanding of how your past impacts your present, but we will also listen to the story that your body has to tell. I trust in your mind and body's innate wisdom to heal and it would be an honor to guide and support you in that journey.
