I often work with clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and sexuality, helping them to find clarity and coping strategies. My practice is guided by Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I focus on creating a supportive space where clients can feel empowered to build a strong relationship with themselves and live more fully in the present moment.
