Life so often gets in the way of us being who we really want to be, especially with the amount of distractions and chaos that we face today. I believe that we all have the ability to overcome those distractions and live life to the fullest. Sometimes those distractions are harder things like psychological or medical diagnoses, divorce, or other big life events that steal our energy and focus. Sometimes they are less dramatic but still effect us greatly, like moving, changing jobs, or having anxiety or depression. My focus in counseling is learning who you are, what your goals are, and how we can achieve them together.
