In my practice, I aim to cultivate a nonjudgmental space where my clients can explore and confront the struggles and impasses of life. I believe in working collaboratively to solve problems, develop coping strategies, and create healthier patterns of thought and behavior. I particularly enjoy working with artists, writers and musicians, and am well acquainted with the challenges inherent in fully actualizing one's creative potential.
