I am an experienced trauma therapist and work with clients to resolve issues and memories that feel overwhelming. My journey into the world of trauma therapy began with overcoming my own trauma. I have extensive training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Somatic Experiencing. My goal is to help my clients get to the other side, and beyond what is causing distress and internal discord. We each have the capability, and right, to live our best life. Therapy helps us understand our history in new and healthier ways
