Thank you for considering me as your counselor! I offer individual counseling to adults who feel stuck where they are. This includes struggles with trauma, anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, stress and life transitions, low self-esteem, suppression of self, dealing with chronic illness, and the struggles associated with being a highly sensitive person (HSP). As a Christian, I know how integral one’s beliefs can be. If you come from a faith tradition, we can discuss how best to integrate your beliefs in the counseling experience.
