My social work education and continuing teaching in the field commit me to an eclectic approach to psychotherapy. What does that mean to you? While I lean toward the object relations and intersubjectivist schools, it means I'm listening to you and thinking about you not simply through these (or other) theoretical lenses, but as the person you are and the situation you're in. It means that I view the relationship we form together as the basis for the changes you want to make in your life.
