In today's world, connecting with our authentic self can feel like a lost art. I work with people ready to unlock and reveal their innate wisdom and capacity for self-compassion. As a transpersonal therapist, I view therapy as a holistic healing container, in which I am a fellow traveler on the path to wholeness. Navigating my own life challenges has awakened trust in our inherent ability to transform the mud of life into the lotus of understanding and joy. My approach is experiential, integrating mindfulness, meditation, somatic approaches, and meeting each client exactly where they are with acceptance and care.
