"The best way out is always through" --Robert Frost. While noting we have remarkable capacities to cope, strive, and even thrive through challenges, there are many times in life we all find ourselves coming up short. It is in these times, we could all benefit seeking support from others. I have been helping people per aspera, or through difficulty, in a therapeutic capacity for over 14 years. I am curious by nature about people's unique strengths and struggles and enjoy the process of developing strategies for working through difficulty.
