I'm here to give you that support. As someone who has experienced a lot of what life has to offer, from small towns to cities to meditation retreats, I know what it is like to take a deep inward journey and I would love to support you in your journey. Most of my work focuses on growth, anxiety, trauma and depression, but I also work a lot with Men's issues and substance use. I am here to hold up an honest mirror to help you grow.
