It is an honor to create a safe and supportive space in which individuals and couples can work to develop tools that will improve their relationships and help manage difficult emotions. Utilizing the perspectives of mindfulness, Imago Couples Therapy, DBT, and/ or EMDR, it is my goal to help you connect with your inner wisdom and find balance as an individual and in your relationships.
