I aim to be as authentic, supportive, and direct as possible; helping you, you and your partner, children, and/or parents, to work on the obstacles standing in the way of reaching your goals. Sometimes this means experiencing an accepting and validating environment or an opportunity to feel safe communicating with your family. My approach depends on your goals for our work together and what degree of challenge you feel ready for. Conflict or connection, I am here to support you. Passionate about family and couples therapy; I help children, (incl. adults) teens and & caregivers to communicate through difficulty, negotiate, and live more harmoniously. This process involves developing a clearer understanding and re-defined acceptance of one’s self and each other, through hardship, trauma (monstrous or minute), and/or shared success.
