Life is hard. As individuals in a relationship or not, there are many factors that affect our lives that we may not realize. Changes and life transitions can be tough & can cause depression, anxiety and problems with those around us. Identifying the factors that are causing us conflict can help us learn more about ourselves and how we relate to each other. We will work together to figure out what these causes are and how they are affecting us. Beginning therapy can be a very difficult decision. Thank you for making that step.
