I provide folks with 1 full hour or 30 minutes of support, and if we are making progress, and I am without an obligation, I'll extend our time because I respect the folks that I support. Through self awareness, identification of old mental muscle, we give you a better understanding of yourself, thus developing new mental muscle through tools and sustainable growth.
