I am a sobriety and executive functioning life coach working with adolescents and adults. I work from a strength-based approach grounded in self-care, values and a purpose-driven life. I work well with people who are sober curious or have substance use disorders, behavioral addictions like gambling or pornography or are just stuck in rut and want to transition to a life that is aligned with their values.
