I work with clients struggling to cope with the impact of trauma, grief, or anxiety, who feel ready to move forward through a somatic therapy like EMDR. Myself and many of my clients are part of the LGBTQ+ community and are neurodivergent, but I welcome all backgrounds and identities. My approach is warm, direct, and focused on helping you release the weight of past experiences—with a little humor along the way! Using EMDR, mindfulness, and parts work, we’ll create a path toward renewed peace, resilience, joy, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
