For others it has to do with work or relationships. In these times we can feel confused, aggravated, or helpless. I'm passionate about working with individuals and couples to help them understand how their experiences and relationships sometimes leave them feeling disappointed, unfulfilled, or lonely. With that understanding, they’re empowered to make changes that break unproductive patterns, reduce conflict, and ultimately find more joy in their lives.
