I enjoy helping my clients build on their strengths to achieve the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. I am passionate about empowering clients through a strong therapeutic relationship and fostering a supportive, non-judgmental environment that enables clients to address personal life challenges effectively. The most common problems my clients struggle with include mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, as well as substance abuse issues. My clients may also be dealing with life transitions, family conflicts, relationship issues, and trauma. My clinical personality can be described as conscientious, insightful, compassionate, and energetic. I am committed to professionalism, detailed documentation, and building rapport quickly with my clients. My approach is centered around creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can work collaboratively to address personal challenges.
