I was born and raised in the South Bay and have firsthand experience with the unique pressures that come with growing up in this community. I’ve witnessed the impact of high expectations, pressure to conform, and the competitive nature of life here. My journey to becoming a therapist started early—I faced challenges as a young student, struggled with anxiety, and often felt the need to fit in through unhealthy behaviors. My own experiences with therapy as a teenager were life-changing, providing me with a safe space to express myself and be understood without judgment.
