My training and experience primarily focuses on guiding survivors of domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, sexual assault, and childhood sexual abuse through the stages of trauma healing and recovery. I typically use a blend of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Using these approaches to access the mind-body relationship, we will work to cultivate a more organized, grounded, and alive connection to yourself and the world around you.
